We removed all of the existing rotted siding. There was no existing substrate, which is common for the time period, so we added plywood on the entire exterior of the home. We installed all new HardieLap siding with a fresh coat of Sherwin-Williams paint on that. We replaced all the windows and doors on the property and enhanced the rear patio by replacing the screen fill walls. We also added a beautiful new screen enclosure with built-in railing system for the second story balcony. Customer's wanted a dramatic change, and they got it!
